Mission Statement

The mission of the Notre Dame Tabernacle Society of Hamilton, Ohio, a volunteer nonprofit charitable organization approved by the Most Reverend Archbishop Karl J. Altar of Cincinnati, Ohio, on March 25, 1955, and canonically affiliated with the Arch-Association of Rome, is to promote the perpetual adoration of Jesus Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament and contribute to His glory in poor parishes throughout the world by voluntarily furnishing their churches with liturgical vestments, sacred vessels, and religious articles for the celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, religious devotions and the Christian education of youth.

What We Do

In the past five years the Notre Dame Tabernacle Society of Hamilton, Ohio, has sent 1399 vestments, 14,000 rosaries, 134 Mass kits, and many boxes of religious articles to missionary priests in poor mission areas and parishes in the United States, Haiti, India, Sri Lanka, and African countries - Ghana, Malawi, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, and Uganda and other mission areas throughout the world. All of this was made possible by the generous donations of people who support the work of the Society. Years ago more than 600 members were supporting the work of the Hamilton Notre Dame Tabernacle Society. Today there are less than 200 supporting members. Anyone wishing to become a member of the Society, or to make a contribution to the Society, or wishing more information about the Society can contact one of the officers of the Society at: ndts2009@yahoo.com.
